Your AI Co-Pilot can now delegate tasks to specialised sub-agents. Instead of one generalist AI, build a team of specialists — each focused on what it does best.

What are sub-agents

Sub-agents are AI assistants that live inside your Co-Pilot. Each has its own instructions, personality, and focus area. When you ask the Co-Pilot something that falls within a sub-agent's domain, it delegates automatically.

Examples

• Research agent — deep-dives into customer data and conversation history to answer complex questions
• Report writer — generates formatted summaries, pipeline reports, and activity digests
• Content creator — drafts WhatsApp templates, campaign copy, and customer communications
• Data analyst — analyses trends across conversations, leads, and team performance

Write actions

The Co-Pilot and its sub-agents can now take actions — not just read data. Nine write capabilities are available:

• Create and update tasks
• Update customer information
• Add notes to customer profiles
• Schedule follow-ups
• And more

Sessions

Co-Pilot conversations now maintain session context. Start a research thread in the morning, come back after lunch, and pick up where you left off. The AI remembers what you were working on.

How to set it up

Go to Co-Pilot Settings and create sub-agents from the Sub-Agents tab. Define each agent's name, instructions, and focus area. The Co-Pilot routes tasks to them automatically based on what you ask.
