Co-Pilot Solo & Team Mode

The AI Co-Pilot now supports two modes — and you can switch between them instantly.

Solo Mode

A private conversation between you and the Co-Pilot. Ask questions, generate reports, analyse customer data — without cluttering the team chat. Your Solo Mode conversations are yours alone.

For single-user organisations, Solo Mode is the default experience — the Co-Pilot lives front and centre as your primary AI assistant.

Team Mode

The Co-Pilot joins your team chat channels. Mention it in any channel or DM, and it responds with the same capabilities — but now the whole team can see and benefit from the interaction.

Switching

Toggle between modes from the team chat sidebar. Your conversation history in each mode is preserved — switching back picks up where you left off.
