Google Drive Knowledge Import

Connect Google Drive and import your existing documents directly into your AI agent's knowledge base. Docs, Sheets, and Slides are indexed automatically — your agents learn from the same material your team already uses.

Supported formats

  • Google Docs — product guides, SOPs, FAQs, policy documents
  • Google Sheets — pricing tables, inventory lists, spec sheets
  • Google Slides — training materials, product presentations

How it works

  1. Connect your Google account in Settings → Integrations
  2. Browse your Drive and select documents
  3. Documents are processed and made searchable
  4. Assign the knowledge to your agents

When a customer asks a question, the agent finds the relevant sections from your documents and uses them to respond accurately.

Use what you already have

Most businesses already keep their product knowledge in Google Docs, pricing in Sheets, and training decks in Slides. Instead of rebuilding this in a separate system, just import it.

When you update a document in Drive, re-import to refresh your agent's knowledge.

Works with Knowledge Skills

Imported documents become Knowledge Skills that you can assign to specific agents and channels. Your sales agent gets the pricing sheet. Your support agent gets the troubleshooting guide. Control exactly which agents have access to which knowledge.
