AI Conversation Audit

Every AI message — text and voice — now has a full audit trail. Click any AI-generated message to see exactly what context the agent had, what actions it took, and why it responded the way it did.

What you can see

Message context

The full context the AI had when generating its response — customer history, knowledge base results, memory, and any other information it was working with.

Actions taken

If the AI called any skills, created tasks, or triggered workflows during the response, you see each action with its inputs and outputs.

Voice call audit

For voice conversations, the audit includes the full context provided to the agent at the start of the call. Verify that the agent had the right information before speaking with a customer.

Why this matters

Trust requires transparency. When an AI agent says something unexpected to a customer, you need to understand why — not guess. The audit trail shows you exactly what happened, so you can adjust instructions, update knowledge, or correct course.

How to use it

Click any AI message in a conversation to open the audit drawer. Available for all AI-generated messages across WhatsApp, web, and voice channels.
