AI Lead Qualifier

Every lead in your pipeline can now be qualified by AI — automatically or with one click.

How it works

The AI reads the full conversation history for a lead — every message, call transcript, and note — and makes a qualification decision based on your custom criteria. It considers buying signals, budget mentions, timeline indicators, and whatever else you define as qualifying factors.

Two ways to qualify

Automatic (scheduled)

Enable auto-qualification and the system reviews new leads on a recurring schedule. Leads with enough conversation history are scored and tagged as qualified or disqualified. Already-qualified leads are re-evaluated periodically as new conversations happen.

Manual (on demand)

Click "AI Qualify" from any conversation in the inbox. The AI analyses the lead immediately and returns its assessment. Use this when you want a quick read on a specific lead.

Configurable criteria

Define what "qualified" means for your business in the AI Co-Pilot settings. Tell the AI what to look for — budget range, decision-making authority, timeline, specific needs — and it applies your criteria consistently across every lead.

Where it shows up

Qualification status appears on the customer's profile, in the people list, and in the inbox. Filter your pipeline by AI qualification status to focus on the leads that matter.
