AI Whisper Briefing

When an inbound call reaches a human team member, the AI generates a whisper briefing that plays before the call connects. Your team member hears a concise summary of who's calling and what they need — then presses 1 to accept.

How it works

  1. Customer calls your business number
  2. The call routes to a human team member (either directly or after AI transfer)
  3. Before connecting, the team member hears a whisper: "Incoming call from Rajesh Kumar. He enquired about bulk pricing for packaging machines yesterday on WhatsApp. He's qualified and interested in 500+ units."
  4. Team member presses 1 to accept the call
  5. The customer is connected — and your team member is already prepared

The customer hears ringing during this brief moment. They have no idea the briefing happened.

What the briefing includes

  • Customer name and key details
  • Recent conversation summary across all channels
  • Why they're likely calling (based on recent activity)
  • AI qualification status and any relevant notes
