Bring Your Own Keys

You can now use your own API keys for the AI services powering your agents. Pay providers directly, choose your preferred models, and keep full control over your AI costs.

What you can bring

• AI models — choose from leading providers and select the exact model for your use case
• Speech services — use your own speech recognition and voice synthesis accounts
• Telephony — connect your own calling infrastructure

How it works

Go to Settings → BYOK, add your API keys, and select your preferred provider for each service. Your agents start using your keys immediately.

Keys are encrypted and never logged. Rotate or remove them at any time.

Why use BYOK

• Direct pricing — pay providers at their published rates with no platform markup
• Model flexibility — pick the model that works best for your specific use case
• Your own limits — use your own rate limits and quotas
• Compliance — maintain direct relationships with providers for audit purposes

Always-on fallback

If your key hits a rate limit, the platform can fall back to default providers to keep your agents online. You can disable this if you prefer strict isolation.
