Permanent Customer Deletion

You can now permanently delete a customer record and all associated data. When you delete a customer, everything goes — conversations, messages, call logs, tasks, memories, labels, custom field values, and linked contacts.

Why this matters

Data privacy compliance requires the ability to fully erase customer data on request. Whether it's a DPDPA (India's data protection law) request or simply cleaning up test records, you now have a single action that removes everything.

What gets deleted

• Customer record and profile
• All conversations and messages
• Call logs and transcripts
• Tasks linked to the customer
• AI memories about the customer
• Labels and custom field values
• Linked contact associations
• Scheduled calls and bookings

How to use it

Open the customer's profile in People and select the delete option. You'll see a confirmation prompt listing everything that will be removed. This action is irreversible.
