Mobile PWA + Responsive Inbox (Beta)

Fedna AI now works on your phone. The web app is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that installs to your home screen, and the inbox has been rebuilt to be fully mobile-responsive.

Install like a native app

Open Fedna AI in your phone's browser and tap "Add to Home Screen". The app launches in full-screen mode — no browser chrome, no tabs, just your inbox.

The conversation list, chat view, customer details, and message actions all adapt to smaller screens. You can read, reply, take over from AI, and send messages from your phone.

Beta status

This is a beta release — we're shipping mobile support now so you can use it, and we'll keep refining the experience based on how you use it in the field. A native mobile app is also on the way (more on that soon).
