Agent-to-Agent Transfer

One agent can't do everything well. Your sales agent shouldn't be debugging technical issues. Your general-purpose agent shouldn't be walking a qualified lead through pricing. Agent-to-Agent Transfer lets a conversation move between specialised AI agents without losing context.

How it works

Any AI agent can now hand off a conversation to another AI agent in your organisation. The receiving agent picks up with full context — who the customer is, what they've already said, what's been decided — and carries on in its own style and skill set.
