Scheduled Outbound Calls

Schedule outbound calls and the platform places them automatically at the right time. No calendar reminders, no manual dialling, no missed callbacks.

How it works

  1. Select a customer and choose a date and time
  2. Add notes about the purpose of the call
  3. Assign it to a team member (or leave it for the AI)
  4. The call is placed automatically at the scheduled time

Automatic processing

Scheduled calls are processed automatically every few minutes. When a call is due, the system initiates it — connecting the assigned agent or team member to the customer.

Status tracking

Track every scheduled call through its lifecycle:

  • Pending — waiting for the scheduled time
  • In Progress — call is being placed
  • Completed — call was made
  • Missed — call wasn't answered
  • Cancelled — call was cancelled before execution

Where to schedule

Schedule calls from the customer's profile, the inbox, or the dedicated Scheduled Calls page. Assign to any team member — admins can assign to anyone, members can schedule their own.

Timezone-aware

Calls are scheduled in your timezone and converted automatically. A call scheduled for "3 PM IST" fires at the right moment regardless of server time.
