How it works

When a customer calls your virtual number, an AI voice agent picks up. It listens, understands, and responds in natural speech. It can answer questions, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and transfer to a human when needed.

Natural conversation

The voice agent understands when you're pausing to think vs. when you've finished speaking. It doesn't interrupt you mid-sentence. Responses are fast — the conversation flows naturally without awkward silences.

Background audio

Configurable ambient sound plays during calls — a subtle office environment or hold music — making the experience feel professional. When the AI is processing a response, optional thinking sounds fill the gap so the caller isn't left in silence.

Voice options

Choose from multiple voice profiles for your agent — different tones, genders, and styles. Pick the voice that matches your brand personality.

Call transcripts

Every voice conversation is transcribed in real-time. Transcripts appear in the customer's conversation timeline alongside text messages. Search, review, and reference what was said on any call.

Knowledge and skills

Voice agents have access to the same knowledge bases and custom skills as your text agents. They can look up information, call APIs, and take actions during the conversation — not just talk.
