- Log in with your Facebook Business account
- Select or create your WhatsApp Business Account
- Verify your phone number (automatic OTP verification)
- Done — your AI agent starts handling WhatsApp messages immediately

What happens behind the scenes
Your WhatsApp Business Account is automatically configured with the right permissions and subscriptions. Phone number verification supports multiple methods so you can verify even if your number is already in use on another device.
Health and analytics
After setup, the integrations page shows your WhatsApp account health status and messaging analytics synced directly from Meta — so you can monitor deliverability and account standing from one place.
For businesses already on WhatsApp
If you're already using WhatsApp Business (the app), you can migrate to the Business API through this same flow. Your number transfers over and your AI agent takes over — while you retain full human takeover capability from the inbox.
