Linked Contacts

You can now link customer records together to show relationships between contacts.

Use cases

  • Company contacts — link a decision-maker, a procurement manager, and a technical evaluator from the same company
  • Family members — connect related individuals who influence each other's buying decisions
  • Deal participants — group all contacts involved in the same opportunity
  • Referrals — link the referrer to the person they referred

How it works

Open any customer's profile and add linked contacts from the Linked Contacts section. Each link is bidirectional — linking A to B also links B to A.

Navigate between linked contacts with one click. When the AI is handling a conversation, it has awareness of linked contacts for richer context.

Where it shows up

Linked contacts appear on the customer profile dashboard and in the inbox person detail panel. Your team sees the full picture of who's connected to whom.
