Slot Booking System

Fedna AI now includes a built-in booking system. Schedule appointments, demos, consultations, or any time-based service — directly from the dashboard or through your AI agents.

What you can do

Create bookable items

Define what people can book — a demo call, a site visit, a consultation, a service appointment. Each item can have multiple duration options (15 min, 30 min, 1 hour) so customers choose what fits.

Set operating hours

Configure organisation-wide operating hours. Non-available times are automatically greyed out in the calendar. Individual items can override the default schedule if they have different availability.

Soft holds

Place temporary holds on time slots while a customer is deciding. Soft blocks auto-release after a configurable duration so slots don't stay locked indefinitely.

Day view with resource timeline

See all your bookable items side by side in a day view. Quickly spot availability across resources. Scroll horizontally when you have more than four items.

Table view

All bookings listed chronologically, grouped by date. Filter by status, item, or assignee.

How AI agents use it

Your AI agents can check availability and suggest booking times during conversations. When a customer says "I'd like to schedule a demo", the agent finds open slots and confirms the booking — all within the chat.
