Fedna AI now has built-in telephony. Make and receive phone calls directly from the platform — with virtual numbers, call recording, and detailed logs.

Virtual phone numbers

Get dedicated phone numbers for your business. Assign numbers to agents, use them for inbound and outbound calls, and manage them from the integrations page.

Click-to-call

See a customer in your People list or inbox? Click their phone number to start an outbound call. No dialling, no switching apps. The call connects through your assigned virtual number.

Call recording

All calls are recorded automatically (where permitted). Recordings are stored securely and accessible from the call log — listen back, review agent performance, or verify what was discussed.

Call logs

Every call logged with timestamp, duration, direction (inbound/outbound), recording link, and outcome. Filter by date, agent, or customer to find any call quickly.

Integrated timeline

Calls appear in the customer's conversation timeline alongside messages. See the full interaction history — a WhatsApp message Monday, a call Tuesday, a web chat Wednesday — all in one thread.
